Yes, registering with GOVX ID is 100% free. We use GovX exclusively for verification purposes. GOVX ID securely verifies your status without sharing or selling your sensitive personal data. GovX does not share your sensitive documentation with ANCHEER, and your data is protected using enterprise-grade encryption.
Can I combine the GovX discount with other promotions?
GOVX military promo codes are valid on all eligible regular and sale-priced e-bikes unless otherwise stated. However, GOVX discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional coupon codes on the same order.
Can I use this discount on multiple orders?
Yes! While each verification generates a single-use promo code, you can easily log back into GovX ID on future visits to our store to generate a new code for your next purchase.
What if I already placed an order without using my GOVX discount?
If you placed an order within the last 7 to 14 days and qualify for the military discount, please verify your status via GOVX ID, then contact the ANCHEER Customer Care Team with your Order Number and verified promo code. We will happily apply the discount retroactively to your order!
